- What is your style of photography?
I would describe my style of photography as artistic and documentary. I use a subtle shooting style to truly capture your day as it happens. For the most part, most couples who ask me to capture their day are looking for unobtrusive, unposed images.
As well as documenting your day for you, I will capture all the important factors like the shoes, the favors and the table decorations.
I will also spend a small amount of time with you as a couple to capture some timeless artistic portraits of you both that you will cherish.
- Will you photograph group shots?
Absolutely! Weddings are often one of the few times the whole family is together so I know how important group shots can be. I carry this out quickly and with minimal fuss.
- Do you photograph alone?
Yes. Unless specifically requested I always shoot on my own, my shooting style works better this way. My whole aim is to be unobtrusive and blend in to help capture those unposed moments. I feel this is not possible if there are a couple of photographers clicking away from every angle.
- Are albums included?
Albums are included in most wedding packages, please see the price list for further details. I use several types of album to cater for all tastes. All albums are of the highest possible quality to showcase your wedding images.
- Can our photographs include black and white images?
Yes of course any image can be converted to black and white. You will see examples of both black and white photographs in the portfilo.
- Will you visit the venue beforehand?
Yes, I always like to go to the venue a few weeks before the wedding with you. To go through the timings of the day and where you would like photographs taken. This can also be a good time to carry out a pre wedding photo shoot.
- Do you only photograph in Berkshire?
I am based in Newbury so I am in a great location to cover, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey. I am happy to photograph anywhere in the UK or abroad but additional fees may be incurred.
- Who will take your place if you are ill?
In the unusual event that I am unable to cover your wedding I have a network of photographer that I can call on.
- When will we be able to view our images?
Usually your images will be ready to view online within three weeks of your wedding day. In peak season please allow four weeks.
- Can I print the images that or on the disk included in the packages?
The hight resolution disk that is included contains all the images from the day and can be printed as you wish.
- Can my family and friends view and order photographs?
All the images are put in an online gallery with secure ordering.
- How do I book?
A lot of the weddings I book are through recommendation and are booked without a meeting. Due to the time and care I spend on each wedding I only take a limited number of wedding commissions per year, so early booking is advisable.
A £350 booking fee will secure me to cover your wedding day on your chosen date.
