The Vineyard at Stockcross near Newbury in Berkshire is a beautiful venue to hold your wedding reception. A Relais Chateaux owned hotel, it prides itself on being an inviting wine hotel which can be seen throughout the hotel. Wine racks line the corridors and all rooms and suites have been named after iconic wines from around the world.
The food and service at The Vineyard is second to none, with Relais Chateaux Worldwide Rising Chef 2011, Daniel Galmiche at the helm its little wonder the food is so delicious.
Andy & Kerry asked me to cover theirintimate winter wedding there. The wedding was beautiful, Kerry looked stunning in gorgeous lace wedding dress and the shoes where to die for, how she managed to walk in them all day I will never know!
It was an intimate wedding with only their closest friends and family on the guest lit, which made for a wonderful atmosphere.
The weather was unfortunately not great, rain and cold in fact but that didn’t matter as my documentary photography style mixed with the beautiful backdrop of the inside of the hotel we didn’t need to venture out into the elements.
