I love photography and I love weddings, so choosing a career as a wedding photographer means I have pretty much my dream job.

My company name says it all really Memories Thru a Lens, it is the epitome of what I do and want to do. To put it simply I want to capture beautiful photographs of your important moments, like your wedding day or your new baby, that you will look at time and again and say WOW, that you will stare at and be taken right back to the memory of when the photograph was taken.

I have a very relaxed outlook and this helps put you at ease in front of the camera and almost forget I’m there, I say almost because who can forget someone is there when they are holding a great big camera!

I am based in Newbury Berkshire but offer beautiful wedding and portrait photography throughout the UK.

My style of photography for both wedding photography and portrait photography is a fusion of documentary and artistic photography. Please see my pages about documentary and artistic photography to learn more about it.

I was a bride and now am a wife I’m also a mum to a gorgeous two year old so when I’m not photographing wedding I can usually be found spending time having fun with them.

I live in Newbury but I grew up in a tiny chocolate box village you’ve probably never heard of near Silverstone in Northamptonshire. This might be the reason why prior to being a wedding and portrait photographer I worked in Formula One. I don’t think you can live anywhere near Silverstone without getting the Formula One bug, but I am so glad I did because I met my fantastic husband while working for a team and the rest as they say is history!

I am petrified of heights but love to ski, the two things do not go hand in hand and I can regularly been seen on chair lifts clinging on for dear life. I also love to dive, plunging into the silence of the deep blue is just amazing, I did my first dive on a sunken boat in Barabados and was hooked.
